How to update r4i gold 3ds to support 3ds V6.3

If your r4i gold 3ds can not support latest version 3ds v6.3.x and you need to update the card, please have a check of this post.

First of all, the R4i gold 3ds here refer to the one from r4ids.cn and with a RTS printed on it. See it:

Keep in mind that you should update your r4i gold 3ds rts before update your console or you will meet the problem of " An err has occurred, Press and hold the power......", which means your flash card has been blocked.

And you can solve it in the following way:

Step 1:  Download the latest wood firmware  here: V1.62  , extract it and copy the rpg folder and DS Menu DAT file to the root of your sd card.

Step 2   Download the r4i gold 3ds  Update patch for 3DS V6.3 here: 3DS V6.2.0-12 Patch
And copy the  r4i goldpatch NDSL.nds file to the root of sd card. 

Step 3   Put the r4i gold 3ds card with sd card into your console.

All flash card factually can be updated in the same way, so you can also update other flash card such as Supercard dstwo, R4i sdhc rts in the same way.
